One good sized double room left in sociable house share, available from August 9th in a modern, fully furnished 5 bed house in Clapham.

Clapham Common station is a 5-10minute walk away as is the high street and all bars, restaurants and shops. There is an open plan kitchen/ dining/ living room and small garden to the rear of the property.

We work in recruitment, advertising and marketing and are aged 22-24. We are looking for a final guy to complete our house, ideally someone also working in London and a similar age. We are looking for someone to be a friend not just a flat mate. Typically someone who enjoys going out at the weekends but is chilled and quiet during the working the week. We would like people who are clean, tidy and respectful.
