The Flat:
The flat is an unbelievable split level penthouse (1700 sqft). I wrote the wrong postcode in the description - it is in a gated development off the Clapham road half way between Stockwell and Clapham North tube stations (both 5-10 minute walks). There are 2 large double rooms on the top floor, each with their own bathroom and plenty of storage and a shared balcony with views of Battersea power station, Canary Wharf & The Shard.

The shared living area is spacious and open plan and opens on to a very large roof terrace.

The Housemates:
We are a professional couple in our mid 20s. I work in consumer healthcare and my boyfriend works in finance. We are both busy during the week but enjoy relaxing in the evenings and have a social life on the weekends. We're looking to live with a similar couple who enjoy socialising but also enjoy having a clean and tidy flat to go home to.
