This is a newly re-furbished family house. On the ground floor, there are two reception rooms, and one Large kitchen and a small loo. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and one bathroom (the family occupy this floor). On the top floor, there are two double bedrooms, each with its down shower room. There is a German/Polish girl working in banking lives in one of the rooms and another Irish girl also in banking occupies the second bedroom. The Irish girl will move out on 1 Oct to share with her boyfriend. We are looking to find a nice female to replace her. I am a University Lecturer and my husband works in Finance. I have two kids both are at school.
