Spacious room with own bathroom

We have a lovely double room available for a couple or single person. The agency we are renting from only accepts professionals earning at least 30k a year (between the two of you if you are a couple). Please only get in touch if you can meet this requirement to avoid wasting time.

The room is bright and spacious in a modern and secure house. You will have your own bathroom just down the corridor. There is a big living room with comfy sofas and a kitchen with big fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
We also have a secure car park, a bike shed and a communal garden.
Including bills the rent comes to about £950 per month.

The flatmates:
German/Scottish couple, 29 and 28, Laura works in a (German) Kindergarten, Andrew is an illustrator and designer, but also works in a bar to pay the bills :) We have been in London for 4 years, pretty quiet during the week but love a drink or two on the weekend.
