Hello! I am moving out of my lovely double bedroom in March (moving out of London) and am looking for someone to take my spot. The flat is located on Trouville Road, just off Abbeville Road, only 5 minutes from Clapham South tube station (Northern line) and the south-side of the Common. Less than a 3 minute walk from a Sainsbury’s local and Co-op, as well as lovely coffee shops (Gails & Starbucks), pubs (The Abbeville) and restaurants on Abbeville Road.

I have been living in the flat for over 2 years and absolutely love it. We have a great relationship with the landlord, despite the property being managed by an agency.

The flat is on the 1st floor and is extremely spacious. It has a lovely large cosy living room, kitchen, a good-sized bathroom (with bath) and separate shower room (new shower installed over Christmas). Usual appliances – washer, dryer, dishwasher etc. We also have access to a large communal garden with lots of garden furniture, which is great for BBQs over the summer.

The bedroom that is available has lots of storage – wardrobe, chest of drawers, and drawers under the bed. There is also lots of storage in separate cupboards in the hallway and bathroom.

You will be moving in to live with two Irish girls. There are easy going, friendly, funny, kind and fun loving. We have a great dynamic in the flat and are looking for someone like-minded. They enjoy socialising with friends and enjoy cooking and eating healthily, exercising, watching TV and movies and chilling. Both work full-time so would be looking for someone with regular working hours.

The rent is £750 per calendar month. Bills are additional and work out at approx. £100 per month – Council Tax, Water, Internet, TV, TV licence, gas and electricity. Deposit of £1030.
