Two double rooms available in Clapham houseshare

We've just had two rooms come available in our flat based about 10 minutes from Clapham South and Balham tube station.

Sadly I've been offered a two month secondment with work in Beijing, meaning I'll be leaving behind this lovely flat.

It's a great three bed flat that contains that rare thing in London called a living room.

There's a bathroom and a separate toilet, and also a mini balcony - nice for those approaching summer mornings!

One room is available now, and the other one is available from April 1st.

HOUSEMATES:
You'll be living with Will, who is 25, and works as a researcher for a MP. It's pretty long days, so sometimes he doesn't get home until later in the week. He's always up for a discussion on the latest news - and has most definitely served as a human Wikipedia for me!

Ideally Will is looking for someone single, but if the right couple come along then some arrangements can be made for them to take the larger bedroom.

The flat would be great for two friends who are looking to move in together.

THE ROOMS:
Room 1: £620 PCM
- This large double room is now available, and ready to be moved into immediately. It has a large fitted wardrobe. The right couple could potentially take the room.

Room 2: £580 PCM
- This smaller double room is available from April 1 (or perhaps a little sooner). It's a little smaller, but still has a desk, draws and a fitted wardrobe.

Bills aren't included, but come to around £50 a month, depending on the time of year (Less in Summer)

VIEWINGS
We will be running viewings from 6pm onwards this Thursday (3rd March).

CONTRACT DETAILS
The current contract on the house runs until the end of June. Beyond that, it's hoped that you would choose to remain in the house - although it's not essential.
