Spacious Double room in Clapham

We have one double room in a great location, 10 minute walk from Clapham Common station, 10 minutes walk from Wandsworth Road overground station, and you can get to Vauxhall, Clapham Junction and Stockwell in 20 minutes or less by bus. There is a bus stop very close to the house which is on the 77, 87, and 452 bus routes, with plenty of other stops a short walk away with other routes.

The room is spacious and well-lit, and has a double bed, two chests of drawers and a wardrobe. The house has a dining area, living area and garden, which are all a reasonable size. There is also a kitchen and two bathrooms, one with a bath/shower and toilet, and a second toilet downstairs.

We're both young professionals, and our ideal housemate would be someone who's up for having a chat at the end of the day and not just looking for a place to sleep :) We also have a TV in the living room so a love of trashy reality shows is a bonus!
