This is a great attic room, in a nice flat, just off Clapham High Street.
I have lived here for a number of years, and will be sad to leave both Clapham and the Flat.
The two remaining tenants are Mike and Sam - both really nice, sociable guys. We are looking for someone who is fun and easy-going.
Bills come to around £100 per month each (this does include Sky Sports and Movies).
