The flat is only 10 minutes away from both Clapham Junction and Clapham Common stations. About 1 minute walk to a Sainsbury's local and Tesco Express.
The size of this room is a real luxury in London and comes furnished with a bed, two bed side tables, a wardrobe and a dresser.
The current flatmates are three kiwis, they're really laid back and loads of fun!
Bills aren't included but are pretty cheap, currently only around £40 per person.
Can be a short-term 2 month lease, or renewed for the next year starting November 1st.
