Double room in friendly share near Northcote road

Cosy double room in well-situated flat, available from the start of November. Very close to great pubs, shops and restaurants and 2m walk from Wandsworth common. Equidistant from Clapham South and Clapham Junction (15m walk, 5m bus).

The room is a furnished double with a pair of shelves, a bedside table, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe. The flat is on the ground floor flat with a spacious hallway, separate bathroom and toilet, and large living room, complete with French doors and a balcony. Our previous flatmate had a work area in the living room, which is available for you if you need a bit more space.

You'll be sharing with two young professionals (a girl and guy) - we're mates from University and have really enjoyed living here over the past 2 years. We're sociable, but not really party people. Our favourite things are restaurant/pub trips, going to the cinema, the occasional games night, and (of course) a quiet night in with Netflix. We're looking for someone who is clean and tidy, friendly and has a good sense of humour!

The flat is managed via an agency who are always efficient and quick to respond. Arrangement with previous flatmate was that he paid a full third of the rent (£613 a month), but was reimbursed £50 monthly for having the smallest room. We'd be offering the same to you, which makes the room a great price for the area! Bills are approx £70 a month (each), which includes gas/electric, water, council tax, TV license and super-fast broadband.
