The bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed and plenty of space and storage. The property has 2 bedrooms upstairs, and a good sized shared bathroom with bath/shower and unlimited hot water.

Downstairs consists of a sun-lit lounge/dining area with smart TV + SKY, and a large, modern kitchen with loads of storage, dishwasher and washing machine. There is an outdoor area with some furniture and garden. There is plenty of storage internally and a large shed beside the house for suitcases and other large goods.

The area boasts many popular locations within walking distance such as Clapham Old Town, Clapham Common, Clapham Junction and Battersea Park. 45 minutes walk can land you in Southbank.

The second bedroom is currently occupied by a young, well-travelled Australian couple who are friendly, clean and easy going, and searching for someone/a couple with similar traits.

We have loved this property however unfortunately our time has come to move back to Australia. We are unable to break the lease until the end of May, therefore need to find a lovely single or couple to take our place. In saying this, ideally we would like someone to fulfill this length of time however we will consider shorter lengths of occupancy.
