Large Bright Room In Clapham South - Girl Wanted

Large room available from 1st December in a 4 bedroom terrace house with garden and parking - available for females preferably to keep it even.

We have a great relationship within the house and want someone equally social and easygoing to join us. We have Meryem, originally from Paris, a business analyst in central London, Alex 37 year old South African carpenter and Brendan, 30 year old Healthcare manager also working in Central.

Sadly our housemate Sam (a girl) is moving into her own place, so were left to find someone equally as good to fill her shoes!

Were a friendly house and like to socialise together- as well has have friends over on the weekend or chill out (on the leather electric recliners!) with a Netflix and some wine.
Were quite active and enjoy running and cycling as well as the gym. There's plenty of space for a bike if you have one. We would really like to live with someone that enjoys being active as well as working hard. We like to spend time together socially so would want someone who has his own friends and life but would also happy to join us for an after work drink sometimes! Ideally aged 28-35.

**The House**
Ground floor - Two bedrooms and a bathroom (the girls floor). You will have the room with Meryem on this floor.
First Floor - Large living/dining room and separate kitchen with plenty of space
Second Floor - Two bedrooms and a bathroom and airing/storage cupboard (the boys floor) The bathroom has recently been re-fitted

Garden and free gated parking out the back and a big barrel BBQ for you to test your fire making skills in summer

**The Room**
The room is the brightest in the house and has plenty of space. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ROOM COMES ONLY FURNISHED WITH A DIVAN BED- YOU WILL NEED TO ORGANISE OTHER FURNITURE.
You'll be sharing the ground floor with Meryem

**Bills**
£115 per month and covers the usuals like internet, heating etc but also covers shared bits like sponges, washing up liquid etc. We have a cleaner every 2 weeks to clean shared areas and bathrooms

**Connections**
Bus stop right outside the front door that leads to Brixton, Streatham, Stockwell and Tooting. 8 minutes walk from Clapham South tube and 15 minutes walk to both Balham and Clapham Common stations.
