Spare room in fantastic ground floor Clapham flat

Sadly my current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend so we are looking for someone great to replace her.

It's a spacious, light, 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat in Clapham. There's a great open plan kitchen / living room and the kitchen opens up on to a private patio and then a large communal garden (great for breakfast in the Summer!)
The room available is of a good size, comes fully furnished and although it is not en suite, you will have a bathroom to yourself.

The location is great. We are a 10-15 minute walk from both Clapham Common and Clapham North tube stations. Abbeville village with the bars and restaurants is nearby, there's a bus stop close to the flat if you want to get to Brixton or the West End and we're not far from Clapham Common or Brockwell Park if you fancy a run.

Rent is £897.50 a month and bills (all the standard ones) come to just over £100 a month.
We are looking for someone to move in for a minimum of 6 months. Flexible with move in date.

Due to work, I like to keep the flat fairly quiet but sociable during the week. I am looking for someone who is sociable and friendly but also has their own work / friends / interests.
