Modern and clean 2-bed split-level flat in Spencer Road (5min walking from Clapham Junction). The flat is very clean and in extremely good conditions, way above London standards. It is a must-see, viewings are really suggested.

I am looking for a flatmate of either sex, professional, aged 24-34 who is clean, very low drama and who enjoys London. Even better if somebody active who is into sports (I run daily and do long distance cycling in the weekends) or music (I have an electronic piano).

The flat is in great conditions as you can see from the photos. Plenty of living space and is furnished with very high standards (dishwasher, washing+dryer, 76 Mbps fibre broadband).
Each room has its own dedicated bathroom.
I just moved into this place from another area, renting directly from the landlord, no agencies involved.

Area, connections and commute

Clapham is a very active area, perfect for young professionals in their 20s-30s. A lot of restaurants, cafes and pubs (Brewdog, my favourite in London, is just 10 min walking), village feeling and a very exciting overall atmosphere.
Connections are the best part of this flat. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the station (Clapham Junction). From there you can be everywhere in London in ~30 mins (Clapham is a major train hub)

You'll be sharing the flat with me, a very laid-back, extremely low-drama, respectful and relaxed professional, 29, Italian, PhD working in tech.
I am a quite a active guy with lots of hobbies. I play piano (an electronic one, no worries), I'm into electronics, tech (I sometimes spend evenings hacking stuff in my bedroom-lab), photography, music, motorcycles (not in London, sadly) mechanics and sport.
I run regularly and do long distance cycling in the weekend. Or sometimes I carry by bike on a flight and cycle in Europe (cycling in Bayern is just great).
Usually I have lunch and dinner at work but I quite like cooking (my family had a restaurant for more than 40 years) and from time to time I host dinners at home with friends in the weekends.

I'm looking for a young professional around my age who is very clean, laid back and respectful.
No couples, no pets, no smokers (at least inside). Either sex.
I am used to have a very good and respectful relationship with my flatmates, share drinks in the evening, explore local pubs.
I just cannot stand dramatic people who complain about something random every day.
I don't have any rush, I intend to find somebody who I can get along well with, not just fill a room. This ad will stay up, possibly for long, until then.
