This is a fantastic, spacious double bedroom in a friendly 3-bed apartment in a beautiful Victorian house in Clapham. The apartment is fully furnished to a very high standard, with lovely features like french doors and wooden floors throughout the house.

Clapham North is the nearest tube at 4 minutes walk away (can be done in 2 minutes in the morning when you're running late!), and the Overground (Clapham High Street) is just around the corner. If you're not familiar with Clapham, it's a vibrant area with plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes just down the road.

There are currently three of us in the house. All of us are professionals who work Monday to Friday. We're friendly, social and outgoing, and looking for someone with the same outlook, who works hard but might also enjoy the odd drink during the week and is generally up for a laugh.

The apartment is very spacious and covers two floors, with a bathroom, kitchen, living room and your bedroom on the ground floor, and two more bedrooms upstairs. You will be sharing a bathroom with only one other person.

All bills are included in your rent: council tax, water and waste, electricity, gas, broadband and Sky Digital.
