Large double room available to rent in a spacious 2 bedroom flat in Clapton E5 (zone 2). The flat is located in a very quiet building where you will virtually hear nothing, not even the neighbours. The rent is inclusive of ALL bills including wireless broadband & council tax. The flat is near shops and there is a bus stop just outside with buses running regularly (38, 55, 106, 254, 253, 48, etc..). The train stations are Hackney Central station (7 minutes to Highbury and Islington) and Clapton (12 minutes to Liverpool Street).

You will be sharing with me. I am pretty laid-back, working hard during the week and chilling out on the weekends mainly out with friends around Hackney. I am sociable, friendly and I like people’s company. I am looking for someone similar. I like to keep the flat clean and tidy. I am expecting the person moving in to do the same. There is a cleaner coming every week to help out as well.

The room is fully furnished and has a large built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers. There is a large kitchen-diner very cosy and homely with loads of books, a large bathroom and a lovely patio fantastic for breakfast at weekends when it is not too cold, but no TV.

This is a short let only for a maximum of two months . 1 month deposit, returned at end of rental. Rent paid 1 month in advance.
