Big Double Room part furnished,off Chatsworth Road

Hello!

We are Hannah (22) and Flo (24), recently graduated art students, living in a lovely little flat just off Chatsworth Road, Clapton.

Both of us have been here only 3 months but already love the area. Lots of independent grocery and food shops, cafes and a few bars just round the corner creating a really nice friendly vibe about the place and is only a 10 minute (max) walk to Hackney Central.

We enjoy making food, being active, keeping the flat clean and tidy, hanging out watching films, listening to music, taking photos, going for a beer and meeting new people.

We're looking for a like minded male or female to fill the room and share a relaxed environment with. At the moment we are both working full time - one of us in a local pub and another at a restaurant so our schedules vary a little but we like to make an effort to hang out with each other if we can - especially as we're minus a living area!

Details about the room and nitty gritty estate agent stuff:
- It has no bed as current flatmate brought hers from home and is taking it with her BUT she is being so kind as to leave the wardrobe (which is only 2months old) and set of shelves as seen in photos
- It is the biggest room in the 3 bed flat
- £515 a month, for the first 3 months it then goes up to £550
- bills generally come in at £60-70 a month including everything (water, gas, electricity, internet, council tax)
- 6 weeks deposit + £200 estate agent admin fee (boooo, i know!)
- unless you earn over £15, 000 a year, you will need a guarantor and references

You will be taking over the remainder of the current tenancy with us which runs until the 11th September 2015.
