Great location close to all the shops and bars of Upper St and Exmouth Market. Also only a 15 minute walk to Old Street/Shoreditch/Hoxton and very convenient for anyone working in the City.
The flat is spacious with a large living room, outdoor patio area, good sized kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
New housemate needed for sharing with 2 professionals. Need to secure the rooms by next Thursday as I am away on holiday for the rest of August :)
The rent is £563. 33 (single) and £640 (double) a month, plus bills + council tax which work out to approx £80 a month.
