Rent collected by non intrusive friendly landlord every 2 weeks on a Sunday or can be paid monthly. 2 weeks deposit and 2 weeks rent in advance requested before moving in.
Semi Detached House is extremely clean on a lovely quiet road in Colindale.
12 minute walk to underground and 10 minute walk to buses. Room has a double bed and wardrobe supplied. Shared Kitchen and Bathroom with mature housemates. Bedroom has quick access to toilet downstairs. Washing machine.
Viewings available between 5: 30 and 7: 30pm most evenings. No stays less than 6 months and must be working.
Housemates are seeking a good addition to the house who is friendly and approachable with a good attitude to ensuring that once something has been used its nice to clean so the other housemates do not see mess after they have left or used that area.
