Hi, we have one double room coming available from 1st June. We have lived in this gorgeous luxury duplex apartment for 3 years now. The apartment was brand new when we moved in, it is fitted with high spec fittings and has ample space and storage.

There is a huge kitchen and very large separate sitting room which opens on to a balcony looking out onto a wooded green area. The apartment is fully furnished with beautiful contemporary designs but rooms can be available unfurnished if you so wish. We are keen chefs so you will find every piece of crockery, gadget and utensil you desire in the kitchen!

We are completely spoilt here or transport links. Colindale tube station is in out doorstep, 15 mins from central London on Northern Line. Hendon train station is a short walk away, there is a bus stop right outside the complex and it takes 4 minutes to get out onto the motorway if you're heading out of London.

We are young professionals, active, fun, outgoing, clean tidy and reliable and would be looking for similar housemates. Interests include theatre, music, health and fitness, dance, tennis, cooking, skiing and travelling. Prices are per month all bills included.
