We have a lovely Bright and spacious double room available in a modern and clean house. The room comes fully furnished with newish furniture and this room shares a big and clean bathroom with one other room (female).

This is a fairly spacious house, that has a garden and off street parking. The house is well looked after along with being modern and clean. The kitchen is very nice and comes with good appliances (including washing machine), along with the added benefit that you will have your own storage area, cutlery and fridge freezer.

The house itself is located between zone 3 & 4 (Hendon Central & Colindale) in an quite and safe area, everything you need is only a short distance away. From a 24-hour gym to shops & retail stores, and all local transport (bus & underground) is nearby, with direct access into and around London.

There are currently 3 of us (2 female, 1 male) living in this 4 bedroom house and we are all professionals. We are looking for a likeminded professional or mature student, that are considerate of noise levels and cleanliness.
