It has been newly refurbished to a very high standard, split level with access to a backyard garden.
It comprises 3 double bedrooms, a large eat-in kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

The rent on the room is £550 ALL INCLUSIVE: utility bills, council tax, communal wi-fi.

Sharing with 2 Italian female flatmates in their 30s and 40s, both very nice and respectful. They are quiet and clean thus are looking for a likeminded person.

The flat is just a stone's throw away the Cricklewood train station (Thameslink train which gets you to Kings Cross St Pancras in 15 minutes) and a few bus stops away there's KILBURN TUBE STATION (Jubilee zone 2) and BRONDESBURY OVERGROUND STATION. Half an hour away from the centre. There are 2 NIGHT BUSES: 189 to Oxford Circus and N16 to Victoria station.
Just around the corner there's a Cooperative supermarket and all the local shops are within a very short walking distance (bars, bakeries, fishmongers, households, DIY store, post office, bank, Virgin Active gym).
