Hi, I’m looking for a new flatmate! This is a friendly, sociable and clean two-bedroom flat share in a peaceful, tree-lined street, a 3-minute walk from Crouch End Broadway.

The room is a light, spacious double, beautifully decorated and comes with a double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room overlooks the garden at the back of the flat and so is extremely quiet.

The whole flat’s been recently redecorated throughout and there’s a lovely big communal garden – perfect for sunbathing or relaxing in the summer.

I’m friendly and sociable and work in publishing. I’m looking for someone easy-going who’s looking for a home, not just a crash pad. I’m often out and about but also like hanging out at home from time to time, cooking, watching catch-up TV, etc – basically all the usual stuff when you’re at home.

The flat’s within a 3 minute walk from two bus routes, the W3 and W7, both of which go to Finsbury Park tube station (6 mins in the morning) so it’s very quick and easy to get anywhere.
