The flat is split-level with a large kitchen (2 fridges, brand new oven, washing machine), large lounge & a newly decorated bathroom in a quiet leafy street. Priory Park is just around the corner, which is great in summer, and we're right around the corner from Park Road Leisure centre (gym, lido and indoor pool) if you're into your fitness.

Location is 2 mins from W7 or W3 bus stops (a short journey to Finsbury Park tube, zone 2), or 5 mins from 91 & 41 bus stops (which run all night). The area has some great pubs, restaurants and cafes, and there is a choice of supermarkets on the Broadway.

£606 includes council tax and water. Other bills are gas and electric (£27 pcm) Virgin broadband/TV/phone (£14 pcm) and TV Licence (£4 pcm).

The housemates are Ellie and Gemma, 9 to 5 types, late 20s/early 30s. We both like a drink, but it's not a party house. More of a haven for hangovers at weekends, and chilled out during the week. We're friendly and sociable, but sometimes just happy to keep ourselves to ourselves, so we’re looking for somebody who wants a similar vibe. i. e. values their privacy but when we do bump into each other we might share a meal/watch a film/go and kick ass at the local pub quiz...
