Hi and thanks for looking at my ad. I am seeking a fab flatmate who is easy going and has a great sense of humour to share my lovely, very spacious flat in central Crouch End.

Double room (as shown in pic) with good storage, fireplace, desk with ergonomic chair and comfortable double bed.

This is a real home from home and the rent includes full shared use of whole flat and all bills including council tax and cleaner who comes once a week.

Facilities also include unlimited wireless broadband, flatscreen tv with Virgin Interactive and all the usual kitchen stuff including range cooker, dishwasher, washer/dryer etc.

Bathroom is above average in size and has a bath and a separate power shower.

Must love cats as I have 2 daft and gorgeous British Short Hairs who are very sweet and gentle.

I am an experienced flatsharer (have shared for over 20 years very happily). Feedback from previous flatmates available.

I am easy going, considerate, warm hearted and enjoy a chat and and a laugh over a glass of wine. My background is in HR in the city and the voluntary sector and more recently as a Private PA/Office Manager on a part-time basis.

The flat itself is quite unique. Quiet and peaceful, it occupies the whole top floor of a detached Victorian double fronted house in a tree lined road 7 minute walk from the Broadway and 5 mins from the bus stop. There is a double staircase in the flat and the lower level leads out onto the south facing roof garden. It is decorated to a high standard and has a beautiful fireplace in the living room and 2 huge double sofas.. one each!

Crouch End great place to live, Virgin Active gym with swimming pool 7 min walk - masses of restaurants, cafes, an M&S & Waitrose, Gails Bakery, small boutiques and a comedy club at the Kings Head.

Good travel links: can be in Covent Garden/West End in 30 mins door to door. From Hornsey BR to Moorgate/City in 30 mins. Bus stops at the end of the road. Nearest tubes Finsbury Park and Archway. By the way... street a mass of cherry blossom in spring :o)
