Furnished double room available in Dalston, available from the 8th of March (I am a bit flexible on the date), living with one male and one female flatmates.

About the location:

The flat is a 3 minute walk from Dalston Kingsland and 5 minutes to Dalston Junction. There are also lots of buses from Kingsland Road so the area is very well connected.

It is vibrant area with loads going on Kingsland Road has lots of shops, bars, pubs, and clubs - making it a great base to explore London. While Stoke Newington, Newington Green, and Shoreditch are just up and down the road, so you will never be short of options!

About the flat:

Very large kitchen (with dishwasher and laundry machine). Open plan. Large living room furnished with a comfortable couch, bookcase and shelves. Fair sized bathroom and separate toilet. There is plenty of storage space, and also a secure area where you can keep bikes.

The room is a double, and comes fully furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, a chest drawers, and a bookcase.

I have very happily lived here and only leaving because I'm moving abroad.

About the flatmates:

You will be sharing the flat with two flatmates . Both flatmates have recently moved in to the flat and are looking forward to finding a new flatmate. Louise enjoys cooking and hanging out in the flat and works for a TV Media company. Rob has recently moved to London so is enjoying exploring the city, while he is studying for a masters in climate change.

Looking for someone who is easy going, clean and tidy (this is a must), and who wants to make the flat their home.

In terms of costs

- 630pcm, plus bills about £50 a month.
- £900 Deposit ,
- £150 agency fee, which include reference check and admin fees.
