Located in Denmark Hill area of Camberwell and walking distance to Peckham/Brixton and East Dulwich. A furnished double doom located in Zone 2 in a shared and very spacious flat with great transport connections.
The room is furnished with a comfortable king size bed, large wardrobe and drawers.

The flat has no TV, so no Licence required, I don't plan on getting a television, if you want one you will have to pay the full TV licence for the property and let me know before you bring a TV.
The flat is shared with me (Josef). I have my own tech startup called Babelverse (Google it) that will change communication forever and bring the world closer together. I spent most days working from home since everything I do is through my laptop.
The unique part of this flat is the roof terrace it has an amazing panoramic views of the city, you can see Big Ben to the London Eye to St Paul's Cathedral to the brand new huge citadel that is The Shard, this is a view not to be missed! (I can send photos).
The local area has a number of pubs and nice restaurants, as well as some large parks which have tennis courts and large playing fields. If you like cycling (like myself) then just down the road is Herne Hill Velodrome that was used during the 1948 Olympics Games (since been refurbished and open to public use!). It's a green neighbourhood.
Public Transport is plentiful. The flat is on the Overground Line with the station just 5 mins walk away, super close. This station can get you directly to Shoreditch/Old Street in East London in 20mins and within 10mins you can be in Victoria (For Buckingham Palace/Hyde Park/St James Park) or 15mins to the South Bank river promenade (For Tate Modern Gallery, Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, St Paul's Cathedral, National Film Theatre, Borough Market and more).
The flat is extremely well connected to all airports (Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton & Stansted) with a direct train to Luton and 1 change to Gatwick and also has a direct connection to St Pancras Eurostar train station (15mins) if you feel like visiting Paris for a day or two too!
There are 4 buses that pass just outside the flat, all going to Central London within 25mins. Bus 40, Bus 176, Bus 185 & Bus 484. The 176 is a 24/7 service so you will always be able to get back to the flat anytime of day/night.
