Lovely double room in 3br terrace flat

Hi, I'm sadly moving out of my lovely double room in Tulse Hill where I've lived for the last three years so am looking for a replacement for my room to live with Clare and Tom who will be staying in the flat. A bit about Clare and Tom - they both work in the city, Clare is a Nutritionist and Tom is a Town Planner/Civil Servant. They enjoy getting out and about on the weekends, live music (some playing but mostly watching) and going to the gym/running/playing tennis and various other hobbies during the week. They are both fun and sociable as well as respectful of others. They are looking for someone who is after a home and not just a house

The flat - recently refurbished (we are the only tennants since refurbishment) and decorated to a high standard with new furniture throughout (The flat is fully furnished despite how it looks in the photos - we just happened to have these pictures from when we first moved in). Huge kitchen with dishwasher, living room and 2 bathrooms. The room is on the second floor, along with one of the other bedrooms who it will share a bathroom with and has fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers. The monthly rent includes all bills, household cleaning products and a cleaner once per fortnight.

The area - just a short walk to Tulse Hill Station which has good overground links to the city (London Bridge, Citythameslink, Farringdon & King's Cross) and also West Dulwich (for Victoria Station). Close to Brockwell Park which is great for all things outdoors, gym and lido and well as having some lovely pubs and cafes. The Lazy Rhubarb and The Railway are our local coffee shop and pub. Also close to Herne Hill, Dulwich and Brixton.

I can move anytime from now, deposit is approx £740 and there are no other contract fees etc.
