Double Room In Friendly Houseshare

Hello! We are six friendly, sociable, easy-going professionals looking for someone to help us fill the space in our huuuge Dulwich house share. Because the house is so big, it never feels crowded living with six people, yet there’s always someone around if you want a glass of wine and a chat! The house is 15-20 minutes’ walk from North Dulwich station and 5-10 minutes’ bus ride (stop around the corner) to Forest Hill or East Dulwich. The awesome bars and restaurants of Lordship Lane are just round the corner. Dulwich Park is just two minutes’ walk away.

Luke is in buisness development. Which we think is a bit like sales but with better suits.

Steve teaches philosophy to children and makes his own beer. He spends his spare time growing things in the garden and finding things to fix

Meg Is an MA graduate and works in events and marketing. She spends her spare time reading, cycling and offering glasses of wine.

Marc heralds from the north, runs 10k in a ridiculously quick time and works in finance. When not being so grown up, he loves his gigs and festivals.

Rob is a photographer, barman, gamer, craft beer enthusiast, and also the owner of the very pretty cat, Tolba.

Jung Sun is an actress and script writer who also works at the Tate. In her spare time she does karate and loves cooking

More about the house -

The room itself is a double on the first floor with a double bed, wardrobe and bookshelf and chests of drawers. It is actually bigger than it looks in the photos but its current resident, Nat, has A LOT of stuff!)

We have a huge kitchen/dining area with large dining table (can seat eight comfortably, ten at a push for dinner parties, or turn it into table tennis). There is a breakfast bar (seats four-six) which makes the kitchen much more sociable. The kitchen has two sinks, two hobs, an oven, microwave, three fridge/freezers and loads of cupboard space.

The lounge is also massive. There are three bathrooms, two with baths and all with showers. Garden (with fruit trees), driveway, laundry room with washing machine/ tumble dryer.

The room will become available from the 7th of January, although we're flexible tonsome degree
