Double room in lovely Dulwich flat

Hello,

We are losing our lovely housemate to his travels and we would like to find some equally as lovely to replace him.

It is a double room in a really nice flat in Dulwich, with all the mod cons and a spacious living room/dining area and separate kitchen. The room is not huge but is definitely big enough for a double bed and has built in wardrobes.

It is just a short walk from Sydenham Hill station, which takes you in to Victoria in under 15 mins, and there are night buses to Brixton and beyond. It is a beautiful area with woods, parks and good pubs all nearby.

We are all around 30, and at the risk of sounding like a cliche, we are all work hard play hard type of people. Although we are a bit like ships that pass in the night sometimes as we work different hours/have lots of hobbies we would really like someone we can go down the pub with rather than someone who just wants a room. When we are all at home together we like to cook good food and watch films. We are two girls and a boy.
