Fun housemate wanted to replace me!

I am moving in with some old friends that have just moved to london and so my lovely room is up for grabs!
The area is wonderful, plenty of food and shops, friendly neighbourhood. Overground station is a quick walk away, if not there's plenty of buses.
The current housemates are all lovely and are looking for someone friendly and fun that can go out for drinks with them!
The house is nice with 2 bathrooms, a decent kitchen and massive garden.
