Lovely, large double room, £600 inc bills

Lovely, large double room in a great 2-bed flat, literally 3 mins walk to train station.

FYI the listed £600 covers all bills, including the cleaner.

The room is fully furnished with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. If you have your own furniture though, space can be made.

You’d be sharing with me – friendly, professional woman aged 32. The flat is warm, light and includes a large shared living room, bathroom, kitchen and balcony.

I am open to short or long term lets and can be quite flexible.

I am sociable, tidy and respectful of others’ space (and sleep!) and looking for someone similar to share with.

The flat is in a very quiet block and is in walking distance of the shops, parks, pubs and restaurants of Dulwich Village and Crystal Palace. I moved here after 10 years in Brixton, and I love it.

Travel to the flat is incredibly easy. Sydenham Hill station is behind the block (but it’s not noisy!), from which regular trains run to Brixton in 6 mins, or Victoria in 15 mins. Gipsy Hill which runs to London Bridge, is a 10 min walk away. There is also free parking in the road next to the flats.

I'm really sorry - there's no obvious place to store a bike (securely), but everything else is in working order!

A cleaner comes once a fortnight, and we’re all set up for broadband etc.

A deposit and reference would be required as per usual requirements.
