Beautiful very large room in arty house

We are looking for a housemate for our lovely bright flat in Forest Hill. We are two friends, Altea and Julia, that like going out and doing things together sometimes. We are both very much into art and have art-related jobs.
The room is very spacious and had a lot of natural light, a double bed, chest of drawers and very big wardrobe.
We are lucky to share a very big living room, where we have a living room area and a study/studio area, with long tables. There is a separate kitchen and a reception were we
sometimes eat.
We are looking for an easy going, responsible and clean flatmate to share the house and socialise sometimes.

The flat is located in a very green area beside Dulwich Park and Horniman Museum gardens. East Dulwich is within walking distance with a lively high street. Forest Hill Station is 10 minutes away, with a large Sainsburys. There's also a tesco express closer by

There is a bus stop in front of the house for the 176, 185, P4, 197, 363.
