Hi there,
I'm looking for a tenant for my flat in West Dulwich. I've been in there since Nov 2015 and I'm loving the location - 7 mins walk from both Tulse Hill and West Dulwich train stations (which are both very well connected) and a short bus to Brixton. You can get into Victoria in 20mins.
All bills are included so you'll be getting a nice warm flat with top notch internet, TV etc. at no extra cost to yourself. As long as I think we're a good match I also see no need for a deposit.
I'm pretty relaxed. I've got a lot of good friends in the area and would be more than happy to introduce you to the group if you are new to the area but also more than happy to leave you to do your own thing if that's your deal. Whatever suits you.
