We are 2 girls in their mid 30's/ (reaching 40's) and are looking for someone who is similar age to us.
The flat has a lovely open space kitchen/ living room with a small balcony overlooking the main street Lordship Lane (windows are double glazed which contain the noise well).
The property is located in a secured mews, and comes with a parking space and secured bike shed.
Bills are not included in the rent and they amount to around 90 per month (council tax, broadband, electricity/ gas, water and TV)
