Great people, location and local area!

Hi,

There is now only 1 room available in this lovely share-house.

Currently there are two professionals staying on, one female professional and the other one to be determined. There is no preference for gender as long as you are clean, tidy and respectful of others.

A little about the room...

It is a bright and airy room that is spacious. It has a double bed and storage space. It is very warm and cost in the winter and cool in the summer. It has a TV socket, central heating and broadband Internet. It is in a very relaxed household with other professionals and close to many parks, tube stations, South Ealing and Ealing Broadway, as well as overland links, Kew Gardens and some great cafes.

You will be relaxed and comfortable as the current household is professional, party-animals are not advised to respond. :-) Or students. Sorry!

Apart from that the house is fully equipped and functional and is a great place to live and well serviced by transport, shops and pubs!

A deposit of £295 will be required straight up and is on a rolling deposit . Single occupancy only. The current monthly cost including all bills, communal cleaning, bathroom and kitchen products is £470 and will be required to be paid with the deposit to secure the room.

There is a lounge room, backyard area and parking is available with permit.

Please respond telling me a little about yourself, so I can make sure the current housemates are also considered...
