Hi,
I am looking for a female to rent a room and take over my lease from month starting March 2015 as I have to move home due to unforeseen circumstances.
It is a very spacious double room with lots of storage (please see imagery) and the flat also has its own sitting room, kitchen and bathroom (all shared) with two other females.
Rent is extremely cheap at £440 per month with never paying more than an extra £100 for bills per month (including council tax).
The house is 5 minutes from west ealing station and a 10 minute walk from ealing broadway station.
There are currently two existing house mates both professional females.
My lease that you will be taking over is up the end of August which you may renew if you want to stay on.
