We have two lovely double bedrooms available in a quiet and friendly 5 bedroom flat with fab flatmates.

The flat is near Ealing Broadway (10-15 min walk) and West Ealing (5 mins walk) stations. It would suit a professional who is clean and tidy. There is currently two lads and one girl living in the house.

Room 1: Large Double room with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and locker. Desk and chair

Room 2: Extra Large Double room with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, lockers, mirror and desk and chair.

Bills:
Council tax, Water, Sky TV and high speed internet are included in the rent. Electricity, Gas and Cleaner are shared.

House:
The flat itself is very large and modern. It is conveniently located on a quiet street in West London, W13. It's a nice bright flat with a large living room with a big Plasma TV there is also a balcony. It has two bathroom, both with a power shower and one also has a bath, there is a shared kitchen which is fully equipped.

The area and transport:

It is in a great location close to shops, pubs, parks and restaurants. Approx 10/15 mins walk from Ealing Broadway and West Ealing train station a 5 min walk.
From Ealing Broadway station you have the Central and District line, First Great Western, Heathrow Express and Heathrow Connect. From there its 20 mins to Oxford Street on the Central line and 10 min to Heathrow Airport with Heathrow connect.

Parking:
There is loads of parking available on the street, a part time permit is required from 9am-10am and 3pm-4pm.
