We have a small double room available immediately in a great house in South Ealing.

Room has recently been redecorated and furnished with new wardrobe / drawers/mattress.

Rent is £553 a month inclusive of all bills, plus:

- Cleaner once a week (communal areas)
- Full Virgin Media package including Sky Sports, Sky Movies, super fast broadband

Brilliant location:

-Two minute walk from South Ealing tube station (convenient for Heathrow and Central London).
- 65 bus route outside the house - runs 24 hours.
- Sainsbury's across the road and Co-Op supermarket two minutes away.

You would be sharing with 3 professionals, working in media and teaching. This is not your standard faceless London house share - between the four of us we've been living here a total of almost 6 years. We're looking for someone who would fit in well:
relatively laid back, tidy/not shy of doing their washing up after cooking, sociable (we like to go for the odd drink/watch films but also appreciate a bit of privacy).

The house itself is nice and comfortable and we have an excellent landlord so no need to worry about all the usual evil London landlord problems.

Kitchen with washer & dryer, living room, bathroom with separate shower and bath.
Parking spaces outside the house but permit is required.

Contract is for a minimum of 6 months.
