I have a large double room for rent in a quiet and extremely spacious apartment, in a lovely green part of Ealing. Sharing with just one female professional.

THE BEDROOM: The bedroom is a large double room with two huge double glazed windows that look out onto a beautiful park and golf course. The room comes fully furnished with:
* a double bed
* two bedside cabinets
* two large chest of drawers
* a full length built-in double wardrobe with a rail and two shelves (internal lights)
* There is also a large double built in wardrobe in the hallway directly outside the room (for coats and shoes maybe?)

THE APARTMENT: The apartment has one further double bedroom, one bathroom/WC, one separate second toilet, a decent sized kitchen, and a HUGE living/dining room (the size of two normal reception rooms). The living room boasts plenty of space, storage, and three large double glazed windows(all overlooking greenery hence very scenic and with lots of daylight). Appliances include a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and all the other basics. We have sky TV, unlimited broadband, and a plasma tv.

THE BUILDING: The building is situated away from the main road, and overlooks a large park and golf course; therefore exceptionally quiet with no road traffic noise and really pretty views. The park has a running path, so an ideal location for a convenient jog. We have secured video access, a private car park (free for residents and their guests), security cameras, and communal gardens.
The apartment is located on the second floor, and there is a lift and two entrances to the building.

THE FLATMATE: You will be sharing the apartment with just myself, a 32 year old working professional in the television advertising industry. I am sociable, fun and easy to live with. I tend to lay low and relax on weekday evenings if I'm not out and about. Im usually not around on weekends at all.
Work requires me to travel so there will be many a times when you have the apartment to yourself.

LOOKING FOR: Looking for a 29-40 year old female working professional. Someone who is neat and tidy is essential given the apartment is clean and spacious and I'd like to keep it that way.
