Professional Female flatmate needed!

Female lodger needed to share a modern, spacious and well presented two double bedroom purpose built flat on a short term contract.

The block is set in an excellent location overlooking Haven Green and moments away from Ealing Broadway tube station; Central, District, First Great Western and Heathrow Connect lines. The fantastic transport connections mean you can be in Central London within 12 minutes! Being in the heart of Ealing means having a great selection of pubs, restaurants, shops, gyms and beautiful parks right on your door step.

The double room will be available from the 10th September and will be provided with a double bed, wardrobe, chest and sidetable.

As far as the communal space goes, there is a good sized fully furnished living room, modern kitchen and bathroom.

Rent will be £780 per calendar month, including bills, to be paid on the 1st of each month. A deposit of £780 shall be required before move in.

My dad stays twice a week, usually Tuesday and Wednesday night due to work commitments in the living room on the sofa bed.

You will be sharing the flat with another lodger who is 26, very friendly, clean, tidy and resspectable of others space.
