GREAT LOCATION** just off from the main road with good bus links (direct bus to ealing hospital and oxford circus and westfield) and 5 minutes from Ealing Broadway tube station (central/piccadilly/district lines and national rail - 15 mins to heathrow, 10 minutes to paddington and 35mins to oxford circus) and close to many shops, supermarkets, restaurants (including Bill's, nando's, Charlotte's and plenty more) and plenty of pubs, with new places opening all the time. The neighbourhood is great, with a mixture of young professionals and commuters and families.

Spacious flat with 2 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms. The rooms are both bright and have lovely views of west ealing. The flat includes a wide screen TV, floor heating (incl bathrooms), washer/dryer, 24hour concierge service and CCTV security. There is also a gym available to use and a swimming pool and spa where you can get massages. Brand new and fully furnished with plenty of storage space. The bed room comes with under bed storage as well as a new wardrobe and private bathroom and direct access to the balcony. Am open to further furniture requests. Internet included. We also have Sky and Netflix. The kitchen is open plan with an electric stove, 2 ovens, microwave, food disposal unit and nespresso machine. There is no parking available but lots of parking options or space rental in the area.

We are a couple of sociable young doctors aged 32 and 36 looking for a young professional to rent a room. We work pretty long hours so are not always home but when we (occasionally!) get to escape we would be happy to relax with a movie. Although some of us prefer to play some FIFA on the x box. Only requirements is someone who is reasonably tidy, timely with rent and friendly. Smokers welcome but please only smoke on the balcony. We also have a cleaner who is reliable and costs us 64 pounds/ month and comes on alternate weeks. We also have a lovely friendly cat who loves to play but spends most of the day happily sleeping on the cat tree.
