On lamas park road which is right beside lamas park :) (holds loads of food festivals and an amazing jazz festival and has a great hot chocolate stand round Christmas). Also close to a Santa Maria which has been named the best pizzeria in London by time out magazine.

About the house: Really beautiful interior. Big open plan kitchen/dining area, 2 bathrooms (one with a jacuzzi bath) and 1 large reception room.

We are just about to put a holding deposit on this house so you will have to pay the standard 6 week deposit and letting fees. It will also be a 12 month contract :)

About us: I am 22 year old Irish young professional working in Graze (the wee healthy brown boxes) so plenty of free snacks from me! The three other girls are from Sheffield and are a mix of 2 masters students and another young professional. All very friendly and outgoing looking for someone social to have nights in and out with!
