The room itself is small but cozy with a double bed, chest of draws and a cuboard. I share this house with two lovely girls who are in full time employment and seek to find a happy and social housemate to replace me.
The rent itself is 550 and this does not include bills but all in all it works out 650/month. Viewings are welcome this weekend or any evening after 7: 30. I hope to move out by the 11th of March.
