Snap up this beautiful double room in a large, bright townhouse conversion first floor flat located in the heart of Ealing. You'll be living with a sociable and friendly housemate (Lisa) and will ideally be looking to make the flat a home.

The flat itself is ideal: spacious, high ceilings, comfortable, quiet and clean.
- Bedroom is fully furnished with a comfy bed with storage underneath, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It's sizeable too, with hanging hooks to put your own touch on the room
- Bathroom is clean and tidy with a powerful shower with a consistent flow that is always warm (this is quite important to me!)
- Kitchen has been kept in a good condition and has an electric oven, gas hobs, microwave, fridge-freezer, washer/dryer, kettle, toaster, blender and enough storage for both flatmates to buy whatever they want!
- The living room is big too, and has a two seater sofa and a one seater chair (in slightly questionable designs), plus a four seat dining table, TV, coffee table, bookshelf/liquor cabinet and clothes airers. We like to put our own touch on the shared spaces, so feel free to bring pictures, throws, pillows, etc.
- There is a storage cupboard big enough for hoovers, Christmas trees, suitcases, etc.
- The other bedroom is smaller, with a double bed and wardrobe
- One hallway with a mirror
- Shared entrances are clean and tidy; I have a bike and keep it chained up outside though there is space on the landing
- There's a good sized communal garden (paved) which is nice and bright and ideal for relaxing in during the summer

It's a fantastic location for transport - the flat is just over ten minutes by foot to Ealing Broadway station (Central and District lines, mainline trains to Paddington in 7 minutes) and just under ten minutes to South Ealing tube station (central London in 30 minutes, Heathrow in 25 minutes).

It's also a great place to live - you barely need to leave Ealing on a weekend; there is a Tesco Metro ten minutes away, with larger supermarkets just a bit further. There are great coffee shops, brunch restaurants, fast food, slow food, delis and more. It can feel a world away from the city at times as well, with Lammas Park, Gunnersbury Park and Walpole Park all close by. A great place for walking or jogging!

- I've been living in Ealing for a year and have grown to love it, but am moving out to buy my own place as my work is relocating east

About you:
- Ideally a stable, professional work situation, mid-late twenties or early thirties, friendly, clean and tidy, willing to contribute to the flat and make it your own. If you smoke, the landlord asks that you do this outside.

About your new flatmate:
- Lisa has been living in Ealing for several years and loves the area. She's been in the flat for nearly two years and is hoping the next flatmate will be friendly, tidy, sociable, willing to share the odd dinner or bottle of wine. She enjoys Thai boxing mid-week, nights out with friends, nights in with the TV on and baking delicious brownies.

About the costs:
- Rent is £625 a month, payable at the start of the month
- Bills are on top and can vary but never seem too expensive
- Deposit is £831 and you join the Tenant Deposit Scheme
- The estate agent requires a fee to check references and a one-off fee is payable to draw up a new contract (fees payable direct to Northfields Estate Agents)
