Room With Private Bathroom In Luxury Flat

Hello!

We have a brand new luxury two bed flat with one room to rent available from end of April, if you need the room sooner or later we can try to accommodate! This room comes with its own huge private bathroom. The room is within the brand new Dickens Yard development and the rent includes all bills, access to gym, concierge and swimming pool/spa area which is amazing! We have a cleaner come twice a month and this is an extra £30 per month.

The room is furnished with a leather bed with storage underneath, wardrobe, chest of drawers, side table, shoe rack, full length mirror and coat rack.

The whole flat has been completed to the highest standards including underfloor heating, high security intercoms etc.

We are looking for a single person to take the room who is a professional, very clean, respectful but can enjoy good conversations. We are a relaxed, friendly and busy professional couple.
