Our lovely housemate has just secured a job in Canada so we are looking for a housemate asap!

The house is a newly built three storey town house in 2011 in the heart of Ealing W5. This is a non smoking, busy but sociable house share with 4 other professionals. The rent includes all bills, including tv license, as well as some communal cleaning supplies. So for such a nice room and incredible housemates, a right bargain!

It's a 1 min walk to 24 hour bus route N207 and 83. Also a mere 8 min walk to Ealing Broadway Station which has the central line, district line and also the overground to Paddington which takes 8mins.

The current housemates consist of 2 secondary school teachers, 1 primary school teacher and a university support and development manager. We are friendly, extremely clean and very respectful/considerate to each other.

The room comes with massive built in wardrobes but you would have to supply a bed. You would share a bathroom with one other housemate as the house has two bathrooms, an en-suite and downstairs toilet.

We are looking for the following:
1. Aged 24-36.
2. Have a 9-5 style job. No anti social shifts or night shifts.
3. Be clean and tidy.
4. Speak English fluently.
5. Have a sense of humour!
