Double room for rent in large flat, Earls Court

The flat:

The flat is located 30 seconds walk from Earls Court tube station (District and Piccadilly Lines).

The flat occupies the 2nd & 3rd floors of a listed 3 storey building. A Nando's restaurant occupies the ground floor (sadly we rarely get free Nando's) and a 24/7 cab office is on the 1st floor.

The flat itself is large with 4 double bedrooms, a downstairs en-suite (shower only) and 3 bedrooms upstairs. There is a large bright sitting room with dining table, a good sized bathroom and a compact kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher etc.

The double bedroom for rent is the upstairs smaller double. However it is by no means very small! The room comes with a double bed and a chest of drawers. The cost of the room is £605 per month (exc bills) and is available between from the 7th October however this can be the 6th if needed.

The roof of the building is also accessible and great for BBQ's & sunbathing when the weather is fine.

Bills are usually £79 pcm (Sky broadband, cleaner (twice a month), council tax, electricity, TV licence, cleaning products, toilet rolls, washing powder etc.). Water and gas are covered and we are not charged for these.

The housemates:

1 guy and 3 girls, all English, ranging from 26 to 28 - all professionals. Rachel and Nick are a couple and share the downstairs room. Nick is away for pretty much the remainder of the year now travelling. One of the Hannahs is only here temporarily until Karen (one of the original housemates) comes back from travelling which should be in April 2020.

Looking for:

The easy life. A friendly and down to earth professional. Ideally in the mid-twenties to late twenties.

We each have our own circle of friends and we’re all busy with our jobs but we try to hang out whenever possible. It would be great to get someone in who's also up for hanging out. Anyone new to London is also welcome, we're happy to get out and play the tour guide.... a sociable housemate is ideal.

Smokers are welcome but the flat itself is non-smoking.
