Large, very private, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom in a beautiful Victorian terrace house on one of Earlsfield's most popular residential streets.

The room is on the top floor of a three bedroom house (the two other housemate's are female... And we have a cat!) and would suit a professional or a couple.

The room features real wood floors, ample built-in wardrobes (with inside lighting), access to eaves storage and an ensuite bathroom with wet room shower and plenty of storage (if you're a toiletries addict, like me!)

The house has wood floors and period features in the massive lounge, a fully-equipped, modern kitchen, a neat garden with loads of seating and bedrooms on the first and second (top) floor.

This is a super room with enough space that you can be completely private but the house itself is big enough that it never feels crowded and there is always a very calm, cosy atmosphere.

If you're looking for somewhere warm and relaxing to call home, this is the place for you. The housemates are friendly and we have a good rapport, but we respect everyone's individual routines and lifestyle. No cleaning rotas or enforced shared dinners, just a beautiful, happy place to settle down in and relax.

Rent does not include bills. Bills (including council tax, electricity, gas, water and SKY TV and broadband) come to just under £90 a month.
