Room in lovely East Dulwich Victorian house

Hi all,

Looking for a friendly and laid back girl to take the spare room in my two-bed East Dulwich house.

The room is west facing and at the back of the house, with a view over the garden. It comes with a brand new carpet, small double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side table.

Rent is £600 a month, with bills on top of that (about £130 a month).

The house itself benefits from a lovely open plan living/dining room with stripped white floor boards, fully kitted out kitchen with all the pots, pans, plates and other bits you could need, and a little garden.

The house is on Landells Road, and a 2 minute walk from the number 12 bus stop which gets you to Peckham Rye station within 15 mins. Lordship Lane is a 5 minute walk away, and there you can catch the 185, 176 and 40 buses that get you to East Dulwich station in 10 minutes too. There is a Sainsbury's local at the top of the road, and the lovely Dulwich Park is a short walk away.

About me.. I'm 31 and work in PR. Love to cook nice food and watch some telly after a hard day at work. I'm friendly and social, always up for a glass of wine and a chat when I'm around. I also have a busy social life, so my ideal house mate would be quite independent too. House is nice and chilled, not a party house! I like to keep the place clean and tidy - so looking for someone who also likes live in a nice tidy home. The garden will be lovely when the summer finally arrives.
